2. Purpose and Legal Basis for Data Processing

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes and on the following legal bases:

  • Provision of services offered on the Service:
    • Contact form: We process your data (email address, first name/last name/pseudonym) to respond to your inquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, i.e., processing is necessary for taking steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract, or for the performance of a contract.
    • Facebook login: If you use the Facebook login option, we process data provided to us by Facebook to enable you to use the Service. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, i.e., processing is necessary for the performance of a contract.
  • Maintaining statistics and analyzing traffic on the Service: We collect anonymous data (IP address, browser type, screen resolution, approximate location, visited subpages, time spent on a subpage, operating system type, previous subpage address, referrer URL, browser language, internet connection speed, internet service provider) using the Clicky tool. The purpose is to optimize the Service's functionality, adapt it to user needs, and improve the quality of services provided. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, i.e., the legitimate interests pursued by the Controller. This data is collected anonymously, meaning it is not linked to your personal data and does not allow for your identification.
  • Processing online payments: If you use services requiring online payments, your data is transferred to the payment service provider (Przelewy24) for transaction processing. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, i.e., processing is necessary for the performance of a contract.

  • Data related to user accounts (if applicable): For the period of having an account on the Service, and after its deletion – for up to 3 years for archival purposes and to defend against potential claims.
  • Automatically collected data (anonymously): For a period not exceeding 12 months, or until an effective objection is raised.
  • Payment-related data: For the period required by tax and accounting regulations, typically 5 years from the end of the financial year in which the transaction occurred.

6. Your Rights

  • Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten") (Art. 17 GDPR): You have the right to demand from the Controller the immediate erasure of personal data concerning you if one of the conditions specified in the GDPR applies (e.g., the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or consent to processing has been withdrawn and there is no other legal basis).
  • Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR): You have the right to demand from the Controller the restriction of processing of your data in cases specified in the GDPR (e.g., you contest the accuracy of the data, the processing is unlawful).
  • Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR): You have the right to receive the personal data concerning you, which you have provided to a Controller, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and have the right to transmit those data to another controller without hindrance from the Controller to which the personal data have been provided, where the processing is based on consent or a contract and is carried out by automated means.
  • Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR): You have the right to object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, at any time to processing of personal data concerning you which is based on Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR (legitimate interests pursued by the Controller), including profiling. In such a case, the Controller shall no longer process the personal data unless the Controller demonstrates compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
  • Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR): You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland) if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.

7. Obligation to Provide Data
